Solutions provided:
Dig down up to 24 inches into the ground around the indicated section of back stairs to the walkout basement and indicated section of the front stoop area. Install half inch stainless steel screen into the trench and secure the bottom with cement. Secure the top of the screen with either tapcon screws or hilti nails. Backfill to hid the exclusion work as best as possible. Some screen may be seen. Install two separate one ways designed for ground hogs for a period of time and return to remove.
