Customer had squirrels in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all old blown in fiberglass insulation from attic. Clean out and sterilize heavily do to heavy wildlife activity. Air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Install new baffles around edges of attic. Apply 13 inches on blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R-value of 49.
Reinforce close main entry point and reinforce 3 corners around dormer windows with custom white sheet metal.
