Extensive rodent infestation in attic. Snake skins noted as well.
Batted insulation is worn out and damaged. Customer complaint of front guest BR has insulation spitting out of ceiling register and snakes have been an issue for some time around the property.
Demo all batted insulation in attic.
Perform air seal for all penetration points.
Install baffles on all eaves.
Blow in cellulose and bring insulation value up to R49.
Reattach flex duct to diffuser and seal.
Install metal dryer vent guard on rear of home to prevent any animal entry into home.
Install insulated attic hatch cover on stair case.
Install Roof Vent Guard for existing attic fan.
