Customer has wildlife in attic/ventilation.
Solutions provided:
Attic Insulation. Remove all old blown in fiberglass insulation from attic. Clean up any feces, debris and sanitize entire attic. Air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Apply 13 inches of new blown in cellulose insulation. This will have an R- Value of 49.
Exclusion. Screen 2 gable vents with 1/4 inch stainless steel to prevent animals from entering home.
Install 2 custom sheet metal box outs as indicated by technician.
Ventilation. Install new 4 inch ( true 4 inch) insulated flex to bath fan.
