Solutions provided:
Remove all nesting materials and bird waste accessible from the exterior outlet of the kitchen exhaust vent located in the second floor frame on the side wall of the home (8′ above grade). Disinfect the vent line with Sterifab to treat for bird mites, lice, viruses, and odor causing bacteria. Install 1/4 stainless steel screen over the outlet of the vent to prevent the future entry of animals into the vent line.
