The customer had rodents in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Removal of vinyl leaf guards around front and rear home at gutter line. Install white critter guard to prevent rodents from entering at roofline. Removal of that it in blown in insulation from both attics to include rodent droppings, seam tape HVAC flex duct where rodents have chewed holes. Disinfect attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Blow and 500 ft.² or 38 cellulose insulation into main attic and install 24 on center r38 batted insulation into secondary attic 700 ft.². Removal of blanket insulation from both basement utility rooms to include sucking out of rodent droppings, sucking out rodent droppings underneath the stairs. Disinfect entire basement with stare fab to kill any bacteria. Install 700 square-foot of art 11 foam board insulation to unfinished basement room. After client has cleaned yard, set bait stations around exterior for mice to include setting bait stations and traps inside of attic and also throughout unfinished rooms in the basement. Set snap traps inside of basement. Monitoring program and weekly checks being done on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays for a period of two weeks. Only charging clients for a period of one week being all work Has to be done for exclusion. Reinstall door framing/jam and threshold to downstairs basement door. Rodent treatments to be conducted around exterior and inside basement on a monthly basis for an annual plan if decided by client.
