Customer had wildlife in crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Seal out chewed gaps on garage door side gaskets. Seal out opening in parging, right side past Hvac condenser at rear. Seal out corner channels (4) at bay window, rear left corner (1) and rear right corner (2). Replace crawl space door with framed tight sealing door.
Spray foam insulation applied to bay window bottom and install new board sealed with caulk, to give a R18 insulating value.
