The customer had an unknown animal in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Removal of insulation in a 15 foot section on right wall of attic where bats are roosting, remove bat guano to include disinfect and deodorize treatment to kill any bacteria, that mites, or lice. Install batted at R38 insulation back in its place for a total of 100 square-foot. Install RVG over attic fan on roof to prevent entry into attic by rodents. Seal out underneath rake board on rear left at home for bats that are entering. Install one way exit on rear left rake board for bats at time of seal out.
