In June, we had bats entering our house. Tim came out to inspect the area and find where they were coming in. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything that would need to be done and made a plan based on the uniqueness of our log cabin. The work was just finished (due to bats being protected in the summer) and the work looks great. We had to have the house sealed a few years ago with another company and the quality just does not compare to what Summit’s team was able to do for us. From the custom sheet metal, to fixing anything we were not totally satisfied with without question. The work team went above and beyond to make it look cohesive and part of the house for bat exclusion. Would highly recommend!
