Chris Hornberger came to our home to help remove (what we thought was) a bat on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. Chris worked diligently to help us determine where the sound was coming from-- fortunately for us, it was not an animal after all. Kudos to Chris for providing excellent customer service with a smile and friendly attitude. He was very knowledgeable about pest prevention and gave great advice to us as new homeowners. We would use this company again in heartbeat.
