Their technician Curtis and representative Carlos were prompt with their arrivals to our home, took the time to listen to the issue we had with a groundhog, and recommended the best solution for resolving it. Carlos’ experience and attention to detail were on display and very helpful. And Curtis did several daily visits, carefully and patiently monitoring the progress of the groundhog’s capture.
