The technician who arrived was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and the treatment plan. He was also very well-spoken and answered all my questions clearly and patiently.

But what truly impressed me was the Tom’s kindness. While he was taking care of the house, a little neighbor of pre-K age walked past the property, wide-eyed at him in his full bee suit. Most technicians might have just waved or ignored it, but Tom saw the child's curiosity and took a moment to explain what he was doing. He even partially removed his head protection to show here that he really wasn’t scary.
