We have been using Summit Environmental Solutions to keep mice out of our guest cottage. They have been placing mouse box traps inside only. We opted not opted not to place them outdoors because of our barn cats and small wildlife that inhabit our meadows. Summit also replaced the old insulation under the cottage sun room and sealed it over with outdoor plywood. They did a very thorough job. We have not evidenced any mice during the last few weeks. Summit will be coming out at 90-day intervals to check and replace the small boxes as necessary. The technicians and other workers are conscientious and I'm happy, so far, that we hired Summit Environmental Solutions.
