We had way too many groundhogs in our small backyard! We (meaning hubby) thought we could get rid of them ourselves. But then how and when to do it?...Way too many problems arose. I suddenly thought of Home Advisor. During my first visit to the website I found Summit. They are wonderful. They responded quickly. We had a plan started in a couple of days. We worked mostly with Jeremy. He is great! They came out every work day for two weeks to check on progress and either speak with us or leave a door hanger. We always knew what was going on. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions both in person and by phone/text. I would highly recommend Summit. Thanks, Guys!

When we purchased our house we didn't realize we had a horrible issue with standing water in our backyard. We've used Summit in the past for other issues and decided to call them again! They came out designed a french drain system to help solve the water issue. They came out and dug a 16"wide x 24"deep x 140' long trench and filled it with 13 tons of gravel. They completed that portion in one day and came out the next day to grade our backyard with the dirt they dug for the trench. Since installation we've had numerous rains that would have left our backyard puddled for days yet we've had no issues!!! We are so happy with the work they did and highly recommend them!!

This company was great. They responded quickly to my request for a quote on HomeAdvisor. They came out the very next day and cleaned out a bird's nest from our attic and made repairs for the damage done by the birds. They were also able to put bird guards on two other vents while they were there. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Very easy to work with and reliable. I recommend this firm.

It went very well. Tim Jordan first trapped and relocated the squirrels then repaired the access points to the attic to prevent them from setting up housekeeping again. The process took about a week as squirrels are crafty little creatures and he had to trap several of them (they are smart enough to evade traps). The repairs to the access points was excellent. It blends in perfectly and you can't tell that there was work done.

Customer service was great! I spoke with Donna and she got me scheduled for my pest control inspection quickly. I also got a military discount which was great. On the day of the inspection, Adam arrived early, conducted the inspection and explained everything to me. I got a really good education on different pests from him and he made some good recommendations. I would definitely recommend Summit.

Highly recommend the service and friendliness of everyone. Adam did the initial assessment, job order and continues with follow up service. He is knowledgable, efficient and friendly. His crew did a very thorough job to prevent the mice from re-entering my home. The crew were courteous and hard working. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

Jeremy was exceptional! He came out on a Friday night, after hours, to get a bat out of my Mom's house and went above and beyond to help her. He was not only professional, extremely kind and got the job done quickly but he was patient...my Mom was really upset with the situation and he was very competent and skilled. We will not hesitate to call Summit and specifically Jeremy, again if another creature ends up in the house.

They sent Chris Hornberger out to handle our wasp situation. He was awesome and a great representation of the right way to treat customers. We purchased our home in August of last year. The previous owner was elderly and did a poor job of upkeep. When we started to hear very loud noises in the attic in April, my husband found SES online and they came out to the house within a week to check it out. Scott, the owner, had a plan of attack that day and we signed the contract for trapping the squirrels, repairing the holes and the dryer vent and all exhaust fans in the attic. Scott caught 3 squirrels the first day!! They set traps and over the course of a week, caught 2 more. They did the repairs to the attic the following week and all work was quality. We also had them come back to sanitize our attic to get rid of the squirrel pheromones so hopefully we won't attract any more. Scott submitted a proposal for a new roof, insulation and gutters but we ended up going with another company which has proved to be not a great decision. Should have signed with Scott!! His quote was in line with everyone else and I feel like he would have offered more guidance throughout the roofing/insulation process. His crews were always on time and professional. The office staff went above and beyond with their advice helping us through this process. Thanks so much!

Unfortunately we had a long term critter problem. For 6 months, two different companies were not able to properly identify or trap the critters. Then I called Summit Environmental Solutions. They came out immediately and were able to identify the critters and set up the various types of traps that were needed in order to catch the critters. They came several times a week to check on the traps and to make sure we were making progress. I am thrilled to report all of the critters were caught in a timely manner! My only regret is that I did not contact Summitt Environmental Solutions in the first place!

Summit did a superb job removing the nest and also cleaning up after these birds and an excellent job sealing off the roof, and ridge bends to refuse any entrance to future animals. I would kindly like to recommend this company for any one have issues with any animal in there attic or living area. Great Work Guys! Also comes with a two year warranty this is per Donna who I set my appointment with and took my payments. For the guys that sealed the roof I apologize I didn't get there names but they did an awesome job.

Summit was absolutely amazing! I have a 600sq foot crawl space. They encapsulated it. The work was done the very next morning. The Tech- was very Knowledgeable and fluent in other jobs that I can have done in the future. The work finished looks amazing! I had R-14 foam board on the walls and 12 mil vapor barrier over the foam board all the way up the wall. Closed spray foam around the rim joist. My house has no sub-flooring, the project worked perfectly! because the next night it was 26 degrees and I barley felt the cold on my hard wood floors. I promise that. I work 56 hours a week and I'm a full time student- meaning when I thought about the project I didn't have a lot to spend on it. The price was perfect, how I know is I talked to a couple of contractors that do the same work and I couldn't afford it. I also spoke to a professional insulation person and he said it was very much so worth the price I paid. I feel safe with this companies work and prices and I can count on this company to do many more jobs in the near future for me! Seriously!!! I don't know what I would have done! Thank you so much Summit for being their for me in my time of need!!!

Summit caught a pesky groundhog that was terrorizing my vegetable garden! They were conscientious of the cats that like to cut through the backyard, making sure to place the traps in a strategic location to capture the groundhog and solve my critter problem in a short amount of time. Very professional and efficient. I'll definitely be using them for all my pest control needs!

Two weeks before Xmas, guests are coming, something's in the attic. Who ya gonna call? Well, I called Summit Environmental Solutions. They (Chris) worked me into their schedule, assessed the problem (squirrels), & proposed a solution. They started immediately and conducted the work in a professional manner. They sealed the attic, removed contaminated insulation, sanitized the attic, installed new insulation, and trapped the trespassing rodents all before my guests arrived. Many thanks to Chris, Donna & the staff, and the technicians for their timely & professional service.

The crew arrived promptly and began work immediately sucking out the fiberglass loose insulation and disinfecting areas that needed it. The gutter/flashing worker arrived later and began installing the gutter guard and flashing along the eaves and rake board. They laid down tarps to protect the roof, and my carpeting inside. It was an extremely hot day and they had to stop shortly after lunch as the heat index was dangerously high. They returned promptly the next morning and completed the removal of the old insulation, and installation of the new. They also completed installation of the gutter guards, flashing and screen. They inspected all of the AC ducts and wiring for damage and sealed holes where cooled air was escaping into attic and wrapped wiring where it was exposed. The crew was very good at what they did.

They were very professional. Arrived on time, explained what was going on, let me take before and after pictures, wore foot protection and laid drop cloths on my floors. They cleaned up all their work areas, washed the driveway and vacuumed. I absolutely recommend this company! Our attic looks so well insulated now. We look forward to saving electricity now.

Summit is wonderful. I have referred a couple of people after my work was completed and they are happy too. Summit came out immediately and quickly made a statement of what needed to be done to eliminate my North American Flying Squirrels in my attic. The work included some remedial roof work to assure the squirrels would not come back. Summit did their work quickly and completely. I always know when and who will be appearing at my house. The people who were sent were not only well versed in what needed to be done, they were personable and happy. When I called the office, everyone I spoke to was gracious and friendly. No fighting to get things right. No problems with understanding. It was all in all a wonderful experience. I have since signed on to Summit for Mosquito, regular pest and rodent work. I am very happy and I cannot say enough good about them. No fear in dealing with this great company and nice folks.

Your search stops here - these guys are the BEST! I can't tell you how grateful I am for the SES team, and especially Tim. I am a huge, shameless animal lover. So when squirrels started biting holes in our wood siding to make their nests, I was terrified that I wouldn't find anyone who took their health and wellbeing as seriously as I do. I knew they needed to go, but my heart ached thinking about what they might be subjected to. But Tim was our angel! He reassured me that the squirrels would be removed humanely, and he even owns property that he releases them on. Knowing that they would be loved and cared for meant the world to my partner and I. It only took a day for the squirrels (mama and two adolescents!) to be removed after the humane trap was set. That same day he patched our holes. I can't say enough compliments about this team. If you care about good service, good people, and a job well done (and humanely!) then give them a call. They're the BEST! Thanks again, Tim!!
