Tina at the office and Brian the exterminator are both very customer-friendly and come from being of service. Brian always comes to his appointments early and is patient in his explanations. The service has kept the mice out, which had been attracting snakes, which are no longer coming in! He's also successfully kept crickets from taking over the basement!
