We had heard scratching in our roof for at least two months, and had several other people come out just to tell us everything looked fine. So, suspecting we had squirrels, I finally called Summit, and they sent out two technicians, Shane and Curtis, who immediately identified that squirrels had gotten into our attic. Throughout the initial inspection, both were incredibly thorough and once the point of entry was found, Shane very patiently explained the process for removing and patching the entry point. Within 2-3 days of installing the traps, we heard no more scratching, and we are now living in a squirrel free house! It was very easy working with Summit—they were friendly, responsive to my questions, and communicated about each step. I would absolutely recommend them!
